I like it myself. I think it looks great. I just wish like others said, that we could have the RS. If it is truly going to be a "global" car, then bring us the RS!

As long as the car itself is federalized there's no reason they can't bring the RS/ST since it's then just a matter of passing emissions which I doubt would be an issue.

I'd bet we'll see a go fast Focus within two years of the launch of the new car.

I agree...

I personally will be seriously considering leasing (if you can still do that in a year or two) this model when it's released while waiting to see if they release a "Hot Hatch" version in the states.

I just hope I can limp my poor ZX3 along to the release date. It's going into Tousleys next Tuesday... :(

Leasing might not be a bad idea, if you really dig it enough to bite on the newly redesigned model year. It seems the "newly redesigned" of any vehicle is a bit more prone to bugs.

Personally, I'd wait for the subsequent model year...

I thinks its to late for Ford to keep me in a Focus. If this was last year mybe but not this year or the next or the next after that...

Nice looking car though 8) Mybe they can change my mind with a "SVT" or "RS" version.
