And snow tires get pretty expensive for larger wheels, so I'd aim for 16s.

yeah, I'm lookin for some 16"s.

Also, I've heard the saleen hood scoop for these was nothing but a mustang hood scoop for 99+. is this true? Or where can I order one? Hood just looks a little plain to me.

Near future mods are
16" wheels with snow tires
Hood scoop
Projector headlight possibly with HID's.
Short throw shifter
Tint tails
Possibly HID fog's

Oh and you can also use Cougar/Contour wheels, they share the same bolt pattern and similar offsets if you didn't know.

I think he was generalizing to save time by stating that basically any 16" wheel that fits a Contour or Cougar will also fit a Focus, he just didn't feel the need to specify "SVT Contour" and Cougar.

Make sense?

Kind of my point, it's just a matter of sharing info on what fits what.

I've noticed SVT Contour wheels can be had just as cheap as stock Focus wheels, just depends on where you find the best deal...

True, I got mine for $100 for the set.

The V6 cougar's came with 16 or 17 inch wheels too.

I've got 205/55/16 Winterforces on my Cougar

So is there mnfocus stickers? I'd really like a clear one with like grey outline lettering.

Yeah, at least until the maker of the stickers decides we're a VW club....your job is to guess who to PM....
