had the alt replaced with the one from the zx3. i miss my batt light now
but glad the zx5 is getting some of the zx3's parts

My battery light had been on for about a month, traced it to a blown fuse in the fuse panel under the hood. Glad I found it before I replaced the alternator and battery.
