Let's be nice, the guy is asking about clearance for his 18's with a drop so let's try to be helpful.

This isn't TC Stangs or MNSC.

mnfocusS,

You can keep whatever picture you had up. Let's see it. I appreciate the gesture of taking it down, but it leaves me confused about what your response was. I didn't mean to offend you. Did I? :?

I took it down, I didn't think it was appropriate particularly in response to a new member asking for help.

We don't do a lot of moderator type stuff here, only when needed.

The tires you have on there wont work with any drop. I have 225/35/18's and they rub with my frpp drop on the rear fenders.

CleanZX3,

Thanks for letting me know that. That'll save me some money. What about with SVT springs? Don't even risk it I suppose....

Thanks again. I appreciate the feedback. :D

I'm not sure about the svt springs. Maybe use your money for other mods, until those tires wear out??

I'm just not a fan 18's. Sorry, your right Steve, that was kinda stupid of me.

Anyways, I believe 18's are just to big for Foci. I mean, they can be pulled off but I would never run a set on my car. As for the drop + wheels, you will probably need a different tire size, yours are pretty beefy. Swap out for a set of 215/35/18's maybe?

No big deal. thanks for your understanding.

18's are tough on these cars but I am no experts on tire sizes and wheel offsets.

I thought about 18's with 35's....but, 35 is pretty thin for a tire. You should see the roads up here in Duluth where I live. I don't think 35's would last very long. I'm already a granny on the side roads with my 40 profile's....I tend to be very cautious and careful with my things, especially my cars.

I'm prob. not going to drop it any more than with SVT springs. 0.5"....if I even do that. I like the way the 18's fill out the wheel well anyways. That way i can save my $$ for other mods. :D :D

Thanks for all the help.
