The silver one has a black hatch strip which automatically makes it a 2002 which of course means no EAP.
Also, I believe the EAP package was available in every SVT color but the orange and yellow were EAP specific.
And I don't think the EAP came in every color, Silver, Black, Yellow and Orange are the only colors I've seen. I'm not sure if I-red or S-Blue came in a EAP package...
