The point is that the guy is copying a modification that got Kyle banned from FF because everyone bashed him endlessly and Kyle defended his choice.

He's also taken a 1 of 160 silver 2003 EAP/SVT's and taken it's identity and severly lowered it's value although I suppose cars like that will eventually help raise the value of the cars that haven't been disassembled.

If you didn't notice he wasn't getting much love in his own thread over there.

It's his choice and it's his car so if he's happy with it then more power to him but it's also everyone elses right to their opinion.

i like the hood, and i always thought that Kyle's rusty hood was awesome, and is true that is sad how this guy is turning a EAP into a normal focus .

This is ture... How many SVTF are getting the love that I personally think they should be getting? Sure there are some nice SVT's left out there but some of them are just getting destoried.... Believe me I should know this..

i think o2's rusty hood is awesome, only o2's. but it's his, and like it was said to me, he earned it. now everyone is going to copy it till it's the stupid mod...

Again, you're missing the point.

We're not saying theres anything wrong with a normal Focus.

What we're going on about is taking a very rare car and removing all the stuff that makes it rare.

I owned a 2000 ZX3 and it had cloth seats, in fact I liked those seats WAY more than I like my SVT seats.

Does that mean I want them in my SVT? No.

Most of the cars on this site started as base model cars, O2designs car doesn't even have power windows or locks but it's one of the most lusted after cars in the entire Focus community.

Does any of this make sense now?
