So who pissed off Tom?

Non Focus discussion. Pretty much other cars and off topic stuff.

As far a Turbo Tom, I've talked to him a few times on the phone and he has been freindly and knowledgable. Taking time to help with problems and questions I had about builds. But he posts like he's god or something.
Order something from him and you will see.

Yes, i posted that, i realized i had been a member for 3 years and had 7 posts. I read those comments as Roman pointed out and said, F it. That is some bullshit. So i called a douche bag a douche bag. It is fine that they say they decided to go with one dealer sponsor. But implying that Steve trys to sell you parts you don't need is just douche bag like.

iminhell it is great that you enjoy your stay there.

Thats the magic of the internet, people will post things they would never say in person because the internet is like an insulator.

My favorite from Tom the tuner is the way he tells people you can't share his SVT mailorder tunes or it'll fry your processor. It won't. I know plenty of people that have done it and it works just fine.

I understand his not wanting people to share it but making stuff up is kind of lame.

Then you were one of the lucky ones. Turbo Tom has been known to take up to 6 months to send something he says he has in stock. I have talked to him too, seems nice enough, just not as reliable (maybe he has changed his ways).

Talk to Terry Haines of Haines Motor sports and you will see what customer service is supposed to be like. Terry Haines is known as the kogboxking. I believe I may be the only one in MN with a true Kogbox.

I think getting banned from there, was the most fun I ever had on that site.

What a joke.

Oh BTW, if your a mod... apparently some tool decided to use my car, and my pictures, without my permission, for FF 'Official backgrounds'. I never approved of this and it just came to light that someone saw. Please delete the ones with my car in it, I do not in any way, want to endorse a joke of a site like that, especially without my permission.

Yeah, no shit.

Hey! Heres an idea! They can remove the pictures of Pappy's car, and replace it with Tom's Record Dyno graph! That would be much cooler!!

Hey, I think I saw a pic of that graph once.

If I recall correctly Bigfoot was holding it up in front of the Loch Ness monsters face as a joke. 8)

Actually I've heard mixed reviews of Terry Haines as well as his work with his "kogbox". He does all MTX-75's so there are plenty of people running around with them in their Contours. Some good feedback, plenty of bad.

Maybe he just likes Foci and their owners better?
