A friend of mine actually bought the one I wanted and has not had a problem with it, AWD with better fuel economy than my Focus, HMM let me think about it

				The milage is nothing over the top.  You will get solid 20's on city driving.
If you want hydrib, get a civic or a prius.  prostang92/minisvt was telling me about some of the crazy shit people do with those when I was over there.  He is a knowledgable guy

				You do realize that the hybrid escape would be slower then your current car?  Its heavier out of the box the way it is, then you put the 2.3 dura in it and add in the batteries n shit...3800+ pounds stock.
Also, my pt does not run premium(its an 01 limited edition), the only pt that runs premium is the PTGT.  For 05 there is a PT base model, 2.4l NA, 150crank hp, then there is the turbo model, iirc, thats 170hp(runs 87 octane, called the turbo lite), the HO or, PT GT thats rated at 220crank hp, but puts down 220-225whp and runs 92/93 octane.  Spring mod+k&n and wow.
You spent monies on that CAI and that cat-back, then you say you want an escpae?  My mom has a v6 awd model and is lucky to break 20mpg, and she drives 60. If you are commuting and you want a car for milage, don't do an escape.  To buy a car based on economy is retarded, you still have to pay for that car before you really start to save.
