Ok... I'm not sure why, but I am having issues taking the serp belt off. I can't seem to get the correct size for the removal tool, and its driving me nuts. If anyone has any experience with this, it would be appreciated. I have everything removed except for the belt and the alt itself... i feel like I lost braincells or something and just cant do it...

I always ask trahma, he has pulled more alternators than anyone I know out of a Focus. Ford Mechanics included, he has shitty power issues.

Fixed that for you, I'm 99% sure Justins problems are his home made trunk mount battery cables.

Oh, I know, I didn't say they weren't self induced. I am just saying he has more experience than anyone I know.
