i put i five. youd be hard pressed in a sweater vest to have the crank whippin tha oil . my guess is your doin somtin wrong. its not sensiacle for you to grow quarts . 8)

simmer. its always a simple thing that gets over looked. as long as it just oil and nothing else (i read the first post ) you should be fine , just dont go tooo long tween changes er yall hydrolock that puppy.

A guy I used to work with came in one day and said his Dodge truck with a 318 wouldn't go over 30 mph, I asked if it had oil in it and he said it was full.

I went to his place after work and he was right, it was full, right to the top of the dipstick.

I think I drained six quarts out of it to get it down to the full mark. :lol:
