if it works for you then keep doin it, it must not be hurting any thing. i just tend to replace my filter with a new spector unit every 6 months, at twenty four dollars its cheaper than all the bing bongin around with the oils and cleaners and the risk of fouling a 75 - 100 dollar maf. just my oppinion-yun.ing-shun........er what ever. peace!!!!! 8)
