anyone have a big ol remove before flight ribbon laying around?
not thinking I forgot to remove the damn timing pin...again!
This one wasn't so bad, I actually got it out. forgot about it until about the second poll on the breaker bar breaking the crankshaft pulley bolt loose. just bent it a bit.
the first one, lets just say hitting the starter will bend that sob right against the inside of the block. good news is it's fairly easy to remove... after pulling the pan and stiffener section... grabbed it with vicegrips and being hardened it snapped right off leaving the easily removable threads section intact in the block. Then it was time to put it all together again.
now i need to order a couple more again...
