Since it has been cold whenever I start my car it squeals like a pig getting mounted by an elephant (bom-chika-wow-wow). As I begin to drive with the revs going up and down it may stop or start depending on what it feels like doing. The warmer the car gets the less it occurs. I think it is the tensioner pulley, but I am not 100% sure. Anyone know for sure? Should I replace it? Steve Cost if I have to replace it? Justin you won't read this so you're worthless.
Slower than your stock focus.

The tensioner is $49.29 and we stock them, you might want to do some more looking/listening to see if you can narrow it down.
If it's temp related it could be the power steering causing it due to a weak tensioner or it could be something else. Tough one to diagnose over the internets.

probably the tensioner, they're known to do that... but yeah, it's hard to diagnose over the internet
