auto tranny not shifting right

so I have an 08 focus with the auto tranny, and it seems that it doesn't like to shift into OD like i think it should, it will hang in 3rd gear for up to 3/4 of a mile after getting up to speed, or if i totally let off the throttle. any ideas?

i had this issue on my 05 about a year after i bought it... took it into ford and they looked at it, magic happened they called me and said it was fixed.
the Magic of a warranty...

seriously, no idea why, just take it in.

got it done yesterday, it seems to be better, gotta love warranty.
