Had a nice low speed click this week....thought it was a wheel bearing. Nope, just 2 lugnuts that backed out 1/2 turn.


Fail.

The studs "should" be replace anyway because it's possible they stretched.

Had you retorqued the wheels after install?

I've never heard of lugnuts loosening up if they've been retorqued within a couple days of install.

Thinking about it, I think I forgot to check that wheel after I stuck it back on last week.

Yeah, the one behind the steering wheel might have a couple issues.
