if it comes to that i would be beyond grateful. i'll let you know tonight. i just have to pick up an air wrench and a new breaker bar and hope to god i see some movement today
If you buy a cheap impact you're wasting your money, don't forget that.
I think this is what we have, http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/ ... _200353268
It's one of the IR Ti series and about 5 years old now.
Tell ya one thing, line pressure makes all the difference in the world. At 100psi I can't break shit loose with it, but at 120psi I can get most things. If I could go up to 160-180psi the thing would be unstoppable. I hate that they never tell you what psi them max TQ is at.

I forgot to mention the handling, it's like having a new car again.
Multimatic suspension FTW!!
I would have to agree with Steve. It was easy!! Thank You tgnorman for the tip on where to get the inner spring compressor. Also, it is like having a new car again.
Multimatic suspension FTW!! x2

Yup, those things rock!!
If I recall we used to run the shop line pressure at about 120-140 psi, the techs didn't like it higher because it's hard on the tools and makes it too easy to snap off wheel studs and stuff.

That's for sure. With my compressor I can only get like 115psi tops, and a lot of the time I have to resort to the breaker bar when the impact can't get something off. On the plus side I never over tighten my lugnuts to the point where I wouldn't be able to get them off on the side of the road.
I'm sorry guys, I've failed you. It took me four days, but I got the front end buttoned up, bled the brakes, put the tires on and dropped it down last night. This morning i jacked up the rear end, and noticing there was even more rust there than the front I said screw that, dropped it back down and drove it to a car-x a mile down the road. I've had my fun for this year...
Another question for you all, does any of you have the ability or knowledge to remove the rear springs without dropping the rear arms or really unbolting anything? They're telling me at the shop here that it's possible but they don't have to proper tools, ALL the bolts holding arm in are seized and none of the internal spring compressors I have fit through the hole in the bottom of the arm. I'm not panicking now as I'll still be able to make it to the meet, I'm just thinking in the next few weeks maybe

I'd be happy to help you with it, I just need to borrow a spring compressor and we need a sunny day.
I live in Shoreview, if you don't mind swinging by we can do it in a relatively short time.
