Non Focus discussion. Pretty much other cars and off topic stuff.

Dunno. Count teeth and measure diameter. If they are the same it should work.

Never heard of a cam gear breaking though. Sorta thinking more may be wrong than just the gear.

Don't believe I said anything about a cam gear going, but just to clarify, the crank pully is whats shot. The cam talk was because he has an 01 SOHC SPI Focus, and I have a DOHC SVT

The crank pullies are NOT the same, I don't know what the physical difference is but the part numbers are different.

Don't all Zetecs, including the SVT, use the same UD pulley kits? :?

The old single cam is a zetec, but I'm sure steve is right. We can just junkyard a new one anyways.

Single cam is an SPI, I've never heard it called a Zetec before.

My old 94 escort said zetec, and it was a single cam motor. Being the 2.0 spi is the same as the 1.9 from that... I just assumed it would be.
