2004 Red SVT, Mirrored Tinted windows, lowered, HID's, cocked to the Side and up style fart can exhaust. Seen it Friday evening around 5pm or so on HWY 10 going west towards Elk River. Was right behind and on the side of him from Foley Blvd in coon town all the way to Sunfish blvd in Ramsey.
Windows were too dark/mirrored to see how young/old the guy was, was trying to get him to roll down his window, but to no avail. I know he saw me but oh well.
