I want to know what is needed in detail to do an 05 to 04 SVT front end swap
Rules are: vehicle has factory fogs, going for Euro SVT HID headlights

Cosmetics of course. And washer fluid bottle for sure. Wiring of the lights should be the same as doing them on a 1st gen.

True, I heard the fenders & whatnot fit directly, no welding or cutting involved. The lighting might be a little different.

Jason search on FJ for Massives car. He has done it and has listed everything needed to do it. This would be you best resource. Maybe contact him to see what exactly he did.
But I beileve the parts he had to swap were:
FR fenders
Hood
Bumper Cover
Lights

does Zurno still have his HID lights for sale? I have a line up of most of the parts, just need the HIDs or I am not doing the swap

im not being negitive!!!!!........whats the push to step back a gen??? wouldnt be a wiser idea to just get a used svt?? they made 5 doors

considering I can do the swap for less that 1000.00, I don't see me buying a used 5dr SVT for that
