Ok I hooked my IAC back up, my revs are hanging, sorta the reason I unhooked it.
TPS is new.
IAC is new.
no vac leaks anywhere.
no unmeatered air leak.
Blip the throttle, and, the revs sorta hang.
I am at ends.
I am thinking of maybe putting a restrictor on 1 side of the IAC to reduce air flow, hoping maybe it would allow for my revs to fall quicker?
Revs hang...

The SVT is notorious for hanging revs, how bad is it?
Are you using the TP that came on the throttle body I sent you? If so keep in mind that it does have abotu 60,000 miles on it.
If you come up with a restrictor that works let me know, I might do the same thing. I was going to play with the restrictor idea a bit as well but haven't had time.

Steve, the TPS was replaced with that one I was going to return, it helped a tad, but, not really.
Like, if I am driving down the road, I can litterly idle along at the same speed as it hangs at about 2k or so for a few seconds.
Zurno, yes, I hit the clutch and the shit hangs. It will drop to normal but takes a long ass time.
The only other things I can think of is that maybe I may have wired the TPS backwards, I didn't have a SVT TPS pinout to use to wire up the SVT tps.
I am thinking of some washers or bushings over the holes on the IAC to see if that helps. The IAC is a bitch to get to

dual mass fly wheels are really, really heavy, they coast for a while. the cobras do the same thing. dont worry about it. it is ment to keep the rpms in the sweet spot.
wink wink.....bitches

are you sure? i beleve the stockers are duel mass, but i may be wrong. and to get the revs to drop like yesterday quick, a lightened fly wheel, 14.1 compression should do ersc0tty8 wrote: I don't have a dual mass fly wheel...
