Work related issue

Well at work I am currently working on a 2000 Focus 2.0L SOHC, and am having an issue.
Replaced the #4 piston, head and many other parts, and I am to the final stages of the repair... but I'm having an issue with the vacuum routing.
Everything is hooked up except for 1 vacuum line... Following the Diagram on the hood, I don't have the "IPS" hooked up...
Frankly, I don't have a clue what that is, and can't find a home for the vacuum line...
Can anyone help me out on this? Need to finish up the car tomorrow.
PICS PREFERRED, but anything helps.
