Valve cover breather hose

Does anyone know the diameter of the breather hose that runs from the valve cover (or is it the crankcase?) to the air intake box? I bought a FS Werks cold air intake and it didn't come with the filter for that hose.

That comes off the valve cover.
The I.D. of the hose is about 13mm.
