Hey all, you may have noticed a bit of a change. Yes, I moved. :D

Same old Steve, Same great deals and with any luck even better service.

For a short time you can only get me here or by e-mail at spowell@tasca.com but I'll have a dedicated phone line for you to call shortly.

Well, I do need that battery. What's the new procedure for getting parts through you now? Are they all shipped or do you have a local storefront? All I could find on the site was that local pickup isn't allowed for online orders, but I can't tell if that means it isn't allowed at all.

Hey Harold, the local pickup thing is meant for Rhode Island where Tasca is based.

In this particular case you might be better off buying the battery locally since there's no markup in them and it's not cheap to ship 30 pounds of lead and acid.

I will be more than happy to make sure I can get you the best deal on parts direct to your door on pretty much anything besides batteries though.

No, the bearings are the same. I thought Rattletrap had drums on it?

Ah, in that case you could also get a new hub/bearing assembly for about $103 per side.
