The Contour housing kit is about $108.00 these days, I will say that I've been less than pleased with these recently. Seems as though the quality control by whoever is making these for Ford has dropped off because I'm seeing a lot more issues with them than I had in the past and it's hard to warranty a part through Ford when it's the wrong part for the car.

What year Zetec and if you say 2000 is it the flat gasket or the o-ring type?

Oh crap, here you go asking the tough questions.

The car is a 2002. My intake manifold is a ported 2000 (if that is what you are referring to). so it has the individual gaskets. Am i right? do I win?

Hey Steve, I tried ordering off the website. Neither the mnfocus or s197 forum codes would work.

Any insight? Or can I just tell you what I need and have you get it ordered for me? I'll shoot you a PM with what I need.

PMd you back.

The extra 5% codes expired so we're back at the regular 10% over deal, the 5% coupons will be back for special occasions though.

VC gasket YS4Z-6584-BA $37.74 and it will be the o-ring type

Bolts W500302-S303 $.59 x8
Stud W707016-S303 $16.98  if you want it, center front of VC.

Intake gaskets, these are always a joy.

F8RZ-9461-AA $8.14 each, oval profile with bumps around the edges
or
YS4Z-9461-BA $5.91 each, square/rectangular profile, smooth edges

I saved the list on quote Q457893 if you want to call it in or you can order by part number on our website.
