How's AutoNation to work for?

Non Focus discussion. Pretty much other cars and off topic stuff.

I know a guy who has been downsized from his job as a service writer/shop manager at an RV dealership and he saw AutoNation is looking for a service writer. I know a couple folks here have worked for them in the past. Anybody have any input?

As a current employee of Autonation I will say that like every company it has its positives and negatives. Could I go to another shop and make more money? Yes, but Autonation has great benefits and after being here for 8 years I am comfortable with my position and am not worried about being fired. They do demand a lot from their service advisors and they have cycled quite a bit in and out in the last couple years. I wouldn't say they are a bad company to work for, but like everywhere else there are some things that bug me
Hope that helps
