Going to try and get it all back together this week. Engine has to come out of the daily, which I'll do this weekend, or that's the plan.
I want it up and running for PG13.2 because I want to do the road course. I really should have gone to the last one and now that I know a few Focus guys went I'm sad. I won't miss this one and I will shoot for a good finish (top 3 is my goal, street prep).

And I'm pretty sure I found my oil leak. It doesn't appear to have been a cracked windage tray. It now looks like the Oil Pressure Switch was leaking. Real hard to see when it was in the car though.

^

Just the block will be green in the end. Oil pan and windage tray are being swapped. Just got the windage tray painted up, silver. Oil pan will be black. Head and FRIM will stay raw. Not sure what color to paint the valve cover, not alot goes with that green, and I won't paint it green. Can't do wrinkle black because that's what the whole engine bay is painted.
Maybe white?
Or checkerboard? (not sure I can manage it though)

Using DOT air line fittings for vacuum lines.

Hard to see but, the 'hump' that's back there is now gone. I think it was the cause of my belt walking off the gears. It's supposed to limit the release and tension of the timing belt. but I need to go beyond it's normal range.

Remember my oil leak? --> viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7388

Yes the windage tray was cracked. I turned a bolt in, put a little of my weight on it and that's the chunk that broke out.
So now I have a ARP clearanced tray on the engine, but no ARP's yet.

I wanted it running by Tomorrow (Monday). But as of now I'm pushing it back a week.

It's in.
Got so close to running today. But with the heat I ran out of gas around 6pm, started pulling the engine around 11am.
Hopefully it runs tomorrow.
Getting kinda excited now.
