They said on the news that the ice races on Lake Phalen had been cancelled

Any up for going to the ice racing on Lake Phalen next Saturday (Feb. 3rd. 9-5) Not to compete, just to be a spectator. Its free.
Also there is that Hot Rod show (World of Wheels er something) at RiverCentre next weekend.

Why are these meets so often at bad locations? I mean who really wants to go to MOA? How 'bout a meet at Lake Como or Lake Phalen. There's plenty of room and there's is plenty of places for grilling.
