Re: Nagging repair you haven't gotten to

196,xxx and I just use dry graphite.

I don't have time to put a real list together. We'll just say that there's a lot of new parts going into the new car.

Rota Subzero, 17x7.5 et42

I can't run them at my current ride height (see chopped tire pic), so I'm putting them up for sale to a good home. I've no clue what to ask for them as they are one-off's (far as I was told). They are not perfect but they are not haggard either. Unless you look close you'll not see the flaws; couple...

^Ditch the Merc star and I think it might work.
I hate how far the US bumpers stick out from the body. Smooth, stubnose is better IMO.

Anyone want to trade a SVT rear bumper for my Roush bumper?

I doubt it but I'll try.
Mine's Pitch Black and has a couple good scratches in it; not from me.

Looking for a structurally perfect bumper. Paint I could care less about.

Mine's on the car right now but only takes me 30min to pull off.

Zetec shorty header and offroad pipe,

Throw me an offer.
I'm not using it and never will.
No clue on brand. Doesn't look like it was used much, if at all.

Also, come get it. I've no time to go anywhere.

Wanted: Frame alignment specs Ford Fusion

If someone could post either a screen shot or a link to a .pdf (or pm me) I'd be very appreciative.
I have the Focus stuff but my disc is too old and the Fusion stuff is far to basic, maybe incomplete.

I'm curious if, by measurement for now, if a Fusion rear subframe will fit a Focus.

LOL, educated idiots ...

http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=311792 I was bored so I start reading the thread. As usual, someone who either misunderstood something, didn't read the paperwork set in front of them or is flat out naive. Maybe the dealership promised a check, but I just can't see it. So I ask th...

Re: Older Turbos (pre-EMS)

Steve, That one looks to have been a blow-through setup (carb); just like the 6.6T. Black, No. And you're a fool for not buying it. Don't know if you still can but Jet, that chip company, used to sell chips and a cable and you could tune on the fly. Wasn't much you could do though. Basically change ...

Re: Older Turbos (pre-EMS)

Check Turboford.org. That's the main forum for the 2.3T guys.
There are still guys making parts on a per order basis. And the cars are still progressing, Folvo for example.
But the big ticket items are very hard to find now, Esslinger ARCA head and such.
It's a niche market.

Re: Older Turbos (pre-EMS)

Do you have one you need tuned or something?
I have the tools here to do so if you want.
There are many 'tuning' options for the EEC-IV. TWEECER, Binary Editor/EEC Analyzer are the big 2. Otherwise there are 'chip' options.

Re: Changing dealership name!!

I'm of the poor decision category. There's much more to a name than corporations know and want to admit, and this changes region to region. For instance, in town here there are people who won't shop at NAPA because it is a corporation, vs the other parts store being privately owned. "Tousley Fo...
