What I do is buy an ass load of fluid, pull the return hose (upper on on the res), start the car and let it idle, keeping the fluid topped off and let it go 'til it pumps out clear. Maybe not the proper way but fk it, it works. BTW I use ATF and not power steering fluid.

If the sonic ones are in good shape just trade me straight up, not like I really care how mine are put together anyways, or just swap out the ones you have (duh).

But if they are glued it's the same thing as the headlights.

btw, make sure to use some type of load ballast.
