McNews is running 159whp and 154wtq with similar mods as yours. I would suggest giving Ray McNew a call and discuss your fuel problems with him. He may be able to help you solve this without having to part out your current set up. Ray is very good at replying to e-mails.

If the rust isn't too deep you can sand it with some 1000 grit sand paper. Note the number of zero's. 1000 grit. Very very very fine.

Researching tires and cams. The Falken Aziens will be shot by late spring or early summer. They stick pretty good but I sure didn't get many miles out of those things.
