Sell just the stockers with blizzaks on them??

Well just picked it up! 02 black with the blue inserts on the interior. 51k miles. Drove awesome on the way home! What do you guys run for winter tires? New to the focus world, picking up an 02 SVT focus tomorrow with 51k miles on it. I'm wanting to put a short throw in it right away, preferences? Experiences? Also any other fairly cheap mods to do to it? thanks!
