No for oem s/c unless someone put one on, pulled it off, and left the pulley behind which seems unlikely but could be the case.

Check the wheeel hub bore if buying. Focus and Fiesta have 63.4mm. If these are Audi only, IIRC the hub is 57.1mm, and they won't fit without machining the hub, which his not a factory recommended thing to do, but some people still do it anyway.
