Thanks noresull. But yeah I am chipped, but it's been running fine for a year with the chip on, so it shouldn't be the problem. So you think it's the injector cleaner that foul the plug. Should I check and replace the injectors too? Just check the plugs. I highly doubt your injectors are messed up.

The engine idle drops below 1K? Are You chipped and is the RPM supposed to be that high? The factory idle is set to 700 or so from the factory.

It is possible the injector cleaner fouled the plugs a bit causing a rough idle. If You do replace the plugs, be sure and stick with Motorcraft or Autolites.

I have the block I can sell you, but Eric owns the crank and You wil have to ask him what he wants to do with it. The block: it is brand new, but I purchased it the summer of 2000 but it has been stored in a couple of plastic bags with rust preventer and last I checked, the early part of winter, the...

Well, if there is a ford part for it that's fine, but like I said, shimming isn't neccesary and if You don't want to pay a dealer to do it for you, then You will have to buy some special tools and precision measuring equipment to figure out what shim You need and then You will have to press the oute...

To my knowledge, there is no shim kit as what needs to be done is figure out what shim is neccesary then order that shim. Now, I would not worry about the shimming of it as with the front wheel drive style diffs, it is not as important to shim the diff as there is no way to adjust gear backlash, onl...

Yeah Ben still has the Mazda. We had to replace the engine last year cause it blew an Apex seal, but this year were on a mission to make it to atleast double the races as last year, that would be 4,:) Anyways, We prolly won't go to St. Cloud with it cause Ben doesn't like the way AARRF runs their st...

Clean, what ever happened to Doughboy. He was working on a turbo setup. I never see him post anymore. He doesn't really post anywhere anymore. But an update, He has the AC stage 3 kit, and now He has a new short block that is really making it quick! ;) I will get ahold of him and let him tell the r...

I believe collets are the retainers. You will need a valve covr gasket, thermostat housing gasket, intake gasket, exhaust gasket and the tools for setting the crankshaft and camshafts to TDC. I also recomend replacing the thermostat so You'll need a new gasket for that also. Don't forget coolant and...

You can use any assembly lube. I would use it over oil, just to be on the safe side.
