As far as I know replay the connector and re route the line that melted...it was only the passenger side..i sould have tried it myself..but i figured its electrical so may as well let someone else!!!! and my pockets are far from deep!!! so this ones gonna hurt!!

Alright guys....here's a lesson...dont be dumb like me and put 100w bulbs into the headlights with out some sort of relay as umdivx had mentioned above...this dumb mistake costed 240.00....i would have rather spent 240.00 somewhere else..but gotta see at night...well maybe!!! Matt

I have street glow 100w super white bulbs...Lastnight my driver bulb went out so this morning i went to check it and found that once again for some reason the connection harness from the wires to the pins on the bulb had melted!!!!.....has anyone else had this happen, or know why it happens?...atlea...
