Okay, I'm guessing these were pretty crude. If someone wants to soup up their SVO Mustang, is there a different, more sophisticated, ECU available? Or is it possible to 'tune' the EEC-IV?

Yes, the SVO Mustangs were fuel injected, but what kind of engine management did they have? They certainly weren't computer ECU's.
