What to do with these flaking white FRPP 17" wheels?
I like these wheels on my car, but the clearcoat is flaking off so I have a choice to make. Repaint them, or buy new. If I get new, I'm not sure I want white ones again (they suck at keeping clean too). I like the look of black with the chrome lips (all black still looks like a beater w/o hubcaps to...

Re: Good Interior Detailer in Hudson area?
I have a portable carpet cleaner (basically a little shop vac) but I'm lazy. I'd rather spend the time putting the header I have sitting in a box on my Focus!

Re: Went for a spin in rsheaks Powerworks SVT
Ram air is so simple I'm surprised new cars don't come with it. It's free HP and better MPG to boot. I've been thinking about this myself and would be interested in seeing what you guys have planned.

Good Interior Detailer in Hudson area?
My truck (Ranger, we are a Ford family) needs a good interior cleaning with the carpet and seats shampooed. Not looking for showroom quality job just a recommendation for someone that does a good job at a decent price in the Hudson/Roberts WI area. Thanks.

Need a good muffler shop for cat & header install near Hudso
I recently picked up a F2 step header for my D2.0 for a decent price. Nice looking unit. I already have a Borla cat back so I want to replace the second cat with a high flow cat and then of course replace the mani-cat with the header. Would this be legal for a shop to do? If not then will they just ...

Re: Borla exhaust
That's strange, the FRPP Borla I got from steve for my 05 ZX-3 was a catback. Didn't have the other muffler up front either. It has a reducer to clamp onto the smaller pipe coming off the cat.

Re: You guys think these are worth the MONEY ?
I had no idea what these did when I bought a used front bar from Jason Raska. When I first put it on I had to be careful not to over steer and put my car off the inside of corners. I was amazed at how well it helped with turn in. It definitely worked and would be a huge for auto-x. You will have to ...

Re: SVT Wheel Finish Flaking Off ...
Funny about 6 weeks or so ago I called FRPP about my white rally wheels (EAP) and they knew of no paint issues. My clearcoat if flaking off too and my rims are only a year old (and not used last winter). If there is a warrenty issue they never told me. But I'd rather fix them then go though all the ...

Other paint chip repair methods?
I've got the blob remover but I'm not happy about the slight change in paint color for the repair. Is there another way? I'm thinking that a razor blade might work to shave down the blob.

Cossie stuff is super expensive. Marcy has some Duratec parts like pistons and rods, I have a set of crane cams coming from him that should arrive any day. I'd like to put on a header, FRPP lists one in the new catalog but it's not for sale yet. Good news is any FRPP parts Steve can get us cheap. Th...

Did anyone else polish their rocket this weekend?
Wow with temps in the mid 70's on Saturday it felt great to be outside. And as always I couldn't wait to polish my rocket. My wife says I'm obsessed with it but she just doesn't understand these things. Saturday afternoon I pulled it out in the driveway and asked her if she wanted to help, but she g...

Steve - We might have looked at the same 03 blue SVT from California. I wanted one but I ended up getting my new 05 SES for darn near the same price since my wife works for Ford. For some reason it didn't seem any faster than mine when I drove it though. One of these days I hope to meet one of you S...
