Re: Pulling my hair out bleeding clutch!!
Sorry but I never updated this. I put in 2 different units from Oreileys and neither worked. The main bodies were metal instead of plastic like the oem units. They also looked like they had a check valve on one of the tubes unlike the factory piece. The mechanic or I were never able to back bleed th...

Re: Pulling my hair out bleeding clutch!!
Still havent gotten this figured out. I even replace the clutch master with another unit because I thought it might have been bad. No change. I brought it into NTB and they pressure bled it and a little air came out but still no pedal. The mechanic wants to reverse bleed it per Ford instructions but...

Re: Pulling my hair out bleeding clutch!!
I have done all of those methods at least 40 times. I have only seen air some out of the system after the first few pumps. The pedal is still very squishy. I think I am going to try bleeding the brakes then the clutch again. I dont know what else to do other than try a different clutch master cylind...

Pulling my hair out bleeding clutch!!
My clutch master cylinder was leaking so I replaced it with a new unit from oreileys. I noticed that it looked different from the factory piece since alot of this one was metal. I also looked like it had a check valve or something installed on one of the lines. Otherwise it looked pretty much the sa...

Re: Deals on OEM and Ford Racing parts.
Just wondering if the same discount is available at Autonation since if I needed a part right away and it is close to home?

Re: WTB SVT Exhaust
Is there any way you could get me a picture? I found a lunchbox and tip that was cut off. I am seeing if I could piece the two sets together.

Re: Brakes are driving me nuts!!
So I have ordered a master cylinder and went to install it and the factory master looks different then all the aftermarket units I have seen. On the factory all the connections are on one side and the aftermarket they are on both. How do I go about installing this or is it the wrong unit? Also how d...

Re: Brakes are driving me nuts!!
I might purchase a pressure bleeder in the future. I am using the 2 person method which will get the job done. I am just wondering if anyone thinks the caliper could be causing this or possibly a bad master cylinder?

Brakes are driving me nuts!!
So my wife has squishy brakes on her wagon. I have replaced all pads, rotors and calipers over the past year. It has 4 wheels discs with abs. So I have bleed the brakes at least 3 times with no better pedal. Every time I bleed the brakes the lr caliper has air, but not the rest. As soon as I crack t...
