Is it starting? cranks but wont start. When the belt was put on we had all the tools from Massive, and like I said COS SVT was with me when it was done. In fact he did most of the work at that point. So it is/was at TDC then. I will just call COS SVT and see if he has time one of these days to come...

I was actually thinking of throwing the 30 gal from the 99+ on it. and yea I am planning on losing the scoops... in the spring when I pick up some bondo so i can vent the hood myself. Got the tires on though, and the exhaust mostly fixed. Just need to find an eec iv code reader and figure this crap...

Nice truck, lose the scoops. Unless you need to go long distances and really need the 2nd tank I'd leave it off, I know why it's gone, it's due to the switching system and it's expensive to fix and generally a pain in the rear.
