Re: Looking for a capacitor

you dont need a cap. do the big-3 and see where you sit, if you still think you need more, a high-output alternator and/or a second battery is the way to go. the only way a cap is going to help is if it's in the 5-20farad range and then, you're just better off with a second battery like this: http:/...

Re: FS: random stuff

hooks up to the 2 crank position sensor wires. 12v and ground. then sends the tach signal over a green wire.
works on late model fords. Don't really know the details.

Re: got a new car.

ooo, I should!

I keep finding new things on this car!

like today, I figured out there's a WOT switch on the gas pedal that takes an extra 10-lbs of force to activate. then that biotch really flies!

Re: AWD?

A turbo'd AWD focus would be bad ass.
it's a shame ford never made it to compete with the EVO and STI's
because the potential is there.

Re: tough desicion on moding....

no joke.
your dad's car sounds like a POS. NOT worth putting money in to.
keep what you have, or sell it and buy something worth modding.

Re: Rear spring swap

i didnt need a spring compressor for the rear. I just put a jack under the seat and lowered it slowly until it 'popped' out (not violently)

but do that at your own risk.
