I have been contemplating buying a CFM cat for my SVT for some time now. I realized today that CFM had a facebook page and "became a fan" only to see that they were offering a 15% discount for the first 5 orders placed today! GREAT NEWS!

I am awaiting my CFM cat which was ordered today!!!! :)

i still feel its a waste unless you have a dead cat right now. the perf gains are gonna be very small and hardly noticeable.

Well after driving with the CFM for a few months now, It has been a great compliment to a tune and vastly opens up the midrange. Out of TB, Tune, and Cat, the cat was the best bang for the buck. You could make the argument to wait to fit performance parts on anything until it goes out... not justified here though. The only problem I have with the cat is that it hangs lower than the header pipe now, which requires me to dodge debris and bumps. :/
