Hello All!
The purpose of this thread is to document our Focus ST findings and progression as we go. We acquired our Tuxedo Black ST2 late August for R&D and have been working vigorously to produce the highest quality tuning solution for the platform. Almost everything connected to the motor has been removed, measured, scanned, inspected, and re-attached multiple times already in the cars first 300mi. We've got some great ideas and a great vision for this vehicle and hope to share as much as possible with you!
9/7/12 - Baseline Dyno Numbers (530mi)
We suspect the car to have an introductory "break-in" tune for the first 1000mi. Based upon other dyno sheets, the power drop at ~5000 appears to be consistent across the world and is likely calibration related. We'll be looking to get more miles on the car in the near future and will re-dyno the car once we breach 1000mi to confirm. So far the numbers are impressive, I believe we can make some excellent improvements on the tuning side!
