So, there's a guy offering me a 2006 ZX4SE plus $1,000 cash... for my ST. If I took that deal, could I put in a turbo or a supercharger with the cash he gives me on top? What sort of performance mod's could I do to the car right off the bat withthe $1,000 cash? Just thinking....

Major downgrade on your part, you'd be better off saving for a turbo kit for the ST.
