Ok here's the game plan. I'm picking up the new engine this friday (14th) afternoon, so here's what I'm thinking.

Location:
42 Quant Ave. N.
Lakeland, MN 55043

Phone: 651-307-4049

Wed July 12th - Pull the Engine:
From 6:00PM To Whenever (10-11ish)

I will finish undoing everything, for the most part (I will try to get everything unhooked that I can, except for the tranny and maybe the axles as I haven't done those before), from the engine tommorow night (tues). Wednesday I'm planning on pulling it. Anyone that wants is welcome to come help. I believe I will have all neccesary tools, including a cherry picker, if you want though you can bring extra tools. My plan is to pull the engine, maybe take the head apart if there is time (if not I'll pull the cams later on), and pull the tranny from the block.

Mon July 17th - Prep the New Engine, Maybe Install?
From 6:00PM To Whenever (10-11ish)

I will put the new engine up on the picker, I hope to install my tranny on to this. If there is time, we can drop it in and see how far we get.

Tues July 18th - Finish install:
From 6:00PM To Whenever (10-11ish)

Finish everything up that we didn't get done on monday. Hopefully get it running.

Well let me know if any of you guys can come help. If not I will talk to some other friends and get them out to lend a hand. Thanks! Call me if you need anything.

I'd come over but stillwater is quite the hike.

BTW, buy engine degreaser/carb-choke cleaner from wal-mart, the supertech(cheap shit) is 1.14$ a can. You will want to get the carb-choke cleaner for sure so you can clean up your bay and get the shit clean before you drop in a differant motor, or at least, I would.
