Where: Brainerd International Raceway
When: June 25-26 (I will be getting there Friday the 24th and spending the evening.)
What: Drag racing, Drifting, Road racing, Auto-X, Car show, Hardcore Partying!
Price: $20 for the weekend to camp. Auto-x for a day is $25, Road Racing is $165/day Drag is $25/day, Price for Car show wasn't listed.
I did this last year and I'm pretty sure I was the only Focus competing on the Saturday Auto-X and was the ONLY Focus on the Road course for the weekend. It. Was. EPIC. The best time driving I think I've ever had. To share it with other Focus enthusiasts would be awesome. I get there later Friday evening, and if you would like to camp close by (I will have a complete tool kit and a pop up tent in case of...whatever.) I may be towing my car up, just in case. If you have questions, let me know. I can ask Chris from MAP or try and figure it out myself. Here's the link to their MNSC thread and all the registration information.

Let me know if you'll come up and camp and party like a boss with me.

It's tough to commit this far out. Sounds like fun, I'd like to head up there if I dont take a bike trip down to PPIHC this year.

Ooo! I've always wanted to try Auto-X! If my job approves my time-off request, I'll be there. I'm pretty sure I can only compete in the enthusiast class, but hey, I'd like to at least give it a shot. Maybe I'll convince my friend to track his 427R clone, since he has always wanted to try it.

Also, who wants to come with me down to MAM sometime? Could get a double car trailer and tow down on a Thursday night, party, race on Friday and come back.

Hell, I'd do both. Road racing sounds fun too. BIR is only like 2.5 hours away from here.

Road racing is hella fun, and the focus is a semi-competitive platform. Suspension upgrades a bolt-ons makes it alright withthe correct driver mod. lol.

yeah I was there last year with my buddy, he had the black 350Z on the road course, I rode a few laps, funnest time ever. If I had the funds to do this again this year, I'd be up in a heart beat. I went to Cabo instead, fun as well, plus I start a new job next week and I don't get approved time off for 3 months, and you know how it is, money doesn't grow on trees. But, I think I have to plan ahead, for next year.
This is the reason we need a local (in the metro) track. The we wouldn't need to take excessive time and money. It'd be like Car Craft, but at a track. I hope some of you see my point, or maybe I'm just rambling late at night.

AAAAA....Guess I won't be competing. Verizon ripped me a new one with my cancellation fee, so all the funds I was saving for the helmet and new suspension setup went to them. I'll still be going, but I can't get a helmet in time. Car payment is due this next paycheck, so that's out the window. FAIL!
